Given the special nature of frozen food products and to ensure the safety and quality of the products we offer, we adhere to a strict return and exchange policy. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are defective in quality or unsuitable for consumption.

Our return and exchange policy applies to the following cases:

  • Products damaged during transport: If the products arrive damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product and contact us as soon as possible. We will offer replacements or a refund based on our assessment of the situation.
  • Products with quality defects: If you find any defects in the quality of the products upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide replacements for defective products or refund the purchase amount.
  • Please note that frozen goods must be kept in optimal condition and follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
  • We are not responsible for improper storage by the customer as the product will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer immediately upon receipt.
